Lose Weight With Nettle

Nature offers us a multitude of herbs with beneficial properties for our bodies, such as the often misunderstood nettle. As a drink, nettle offers stimulating, anti-inflammatory and diuretic actions. Combined with its serotonin and acetylcholine content, it contributes to the detoxification of our bodies, the activation of our metabolism, weight loss and combat against cellulite, as part of a healthy, balanced diet. It also has powerful antioxidant action, fighting against free radicals and thus preventing premature aging of our bodies.

To make nettle tea, you will need a few dried nettle leaves, which you can boil in water (like tea). If you like, you can add a few drops of lemon juice and some honey, as nettle tea on its own has a bitter flavour.
