How to have positive psychology during quarantine

The quarantine situation we are experiencing for the second time around may be familiar to us by now, but that does not mean that we do not feel intense emotional changes, sadness, uncertainty and psychological fatigue all over again.

Anxiety and dead-end scenarios become more intense again, so it is essential to ensure our physical and mental health is up to par.

One way to achieve this is by taking care of ourselves and our loved ones, not to skip physical activity, to become more creative and to do things that in the past would require free time that we did not have. Finally, let us not forget those who may need our help in this difficult period we are going through, by standing by them in any way we can.
